# Adding Custom Forms

[ View our training video on creating custom forms.](https://www.devhub.com/videos/)

For initial steps you will need to build the custom form elsewhere

An example of a site where you could build a custom form would be at [Formstack.com](https://docs.devhub.com/site-builder/www.formstack.com)

However, you can use any form builder that allows you to copy custom form JavaScript code for embedding into a site.\
\
You will need to start by copying the JavaScript for the form you wish to embed.

Next within the site builder click and drag the HTML module on to the page.
