IP-based Whitelisting

You can provide a list of IP addresses associated with our servers that the customer can whitelist so that future requests do not result in error.

Request Header Whitelisting

We can enable an additional HTTP Header that would then be passed with any request our systems make to the customer's site. You could then provide this Header to them so they can whitelist any requests using that header.
