If the customer is using a Third party service (widget) within their Site, sometimes it is required that your hosted domain is added to their whitelist list of "approved domains" before those widgets can load.

Common 3rd Party Products include:

  • Webfonts (i.e. Typekit or Fonts.com)

  • Form Captchas (i.e. Recaptcha)

  • Dynamic Content widgets (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager)

TypeKit

This issue is observable in the browser in the form of text content showing a different font than what shows for the Source Domain.

You can confirm this is TypeKit by checking the developer console in your browser. You will see an error similar to this:

For web users, the API key is unique to the domains and first-level subdomains that you specify. Your customer will need to add an additional domain (i.e. www.yourproxydomain.com) to their list of approved domains within their .
